(b) 4 × 10⁵ + 5 × 10³ + 3 × 10² + 2 × 10⁰
= 400000 + 5000 + 300 + 2

(c) 3 × 10⁴ + 7 × 10² + 5 × 10⁰
= 30000 + 700 + 5
